Hyderabad has seen the rise of stand up comedy in the past couple of years. With the tedious work schedule in the city, it is mandatory to have a few stress busters. Although the nightlife of Hyderabad is very popular, a new section is gaining quite a lot of attention – Stand up Comedy. Popular comedians such as Daniel Fernandes, Kenny Sebastian, have visited the city with their shows and smaller yet fantastic comedians, Mayank Parekh, Saikiran and many others have contributed to the stand-up comedy stage as well. 

The combination of a good location and super-talented comedians has made stand up comedy the easiest solution to a boring weekend. Most of the shows are held in popular comedy clubs such as Hydera -badass comedy club or auditoriums such as Bhaskara Auditorium or Hotels like Oakwood Residence. Stage Adda is organizing the biggest comedy festival in the month of December – Hyderabad Comedy Festival which will be held from 13th Dec – 15 Dec 2019.
